Instructor/Trainer
(Part-Time/Freelance Role)
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively and build rapport with students.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Conduct reflective briefings and debriefs.
• Facilitate discussions using inquiry-based approaches.
• Manage materials and logistics efficiently when needed.
• Collect and report feedback from participants.
Key Requirements
• Training/coaching experience in conducting programmes in classroom setting or corporate
• MOE Registration for Instructors (Required)
• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• Relevant diploma/ certifications/licenses from your key expertise (E.g. communication, design thinking, leadership, speech and drama, project management etc.)
Freelance Facilitator/Assistant Trainer (Part-Time/Freelance Role)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead small group discussions and interactive activities.
• Facilitate games and learning activities confidently.
• Assist in classroom management for smooth programme flow.
• Organize, distribute, and manage programme materials/logistics.
Key Requirements
• MOE Registration for Instructors (Required)
• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
